The POWER OF THE POLES Induction course is suitable for all levels, age and abilities and is a structured teaching programme. In this 90min session, you will learn the basics of Nordic walking and gain your Nordic Walking Freedom Passport, opening up over 2500 weekly national Nordic Walking and WALX classes.
Under the latest Covid-19 legislation, as professional Fitness Instructors, we are able to offer 1-2-1 sessions.
We will help you understand your current level of fitness and empower you to use poles at the correct intensity in order to get the results you want.
The strapless poles are provided during the beginner course.
Using the poles is a very effective way to help you with improving fitness and health, plus lose weight alongside a healthy lifestyle.
At the end of this session, you will have a full understanding of using poles correctly and a level where you will be issued with the NWUK Freedom Passport, allowing you to join thousands of walks & classes, every week all around the UK. You will also be able to join us locally straight away.
