National Fitness Day, 23rd September 2020, is a chance to highlight the role physical activity plays across the UK, helping us raise awareness of its importance in helping us lead healthier and active lifestyles.
Fresh air fitness is Covid19 friendly and adds Mother nature’s therapeutic qualities too.
National Fitness Day sees a huge range of activity options enjoyed by participants of all ages, such as ‘plank offs’, yoga and pilates classes, treadmill challenges, high-street HIIT classes, dance-offs, mass walks and many more activities.
Why not come and feel the power of the poles and try Nordic Walking!
Nordic WALX is a cheeky exercise in disguise that burns 40% more calories than ordinary walking plus tones the body on the hoof. What’s not to love?
You are literally “planking” your core and doing 1000 sit ups in 15 minutes without even realising.
This 45 minute session will help you understand just how beneficial the power of the poles can be and how it is far more than just a saunter in a park! Come and feel the magic and power of the poles.
Check out the website diary for 23rd September and book on to one of the 4 Tasters across Reading!
Please do book in advance; we are unable to demonstrate to those who just rock up for insurance, health, safety and Covid19 practices.
