Prosecco Party WALX

At WALX With Sole we love to have fun and wanted to add something special for those who like to mix pleasure with something a little more off-beat. Instead of waiting for a special occasion to get together and go wild, or spending tons of money on spa breaks or nights out, get together for a cheeky afternoon of fun, friendship and Prosecco.

Our Fizzical Fun Prosecco Parties combine the magic of Nordic Walking with the indulgence of a Girls or Family day out, allowing you to try something new, sneak in some exercise and celebrate afterwards with a slice of cake and a glass of Prosecco, having mile-munched away the calories already.

The event starts by showing you how to strap on the special Nordic walking poles safely and then to get the hang of the technique. All equipment will be provided for you so you just need to make sure you are dressed comfortably and appropriately for the weather. Walking shoes or boots are best, or trainers with a decent sole – heels and wellies are not a good idea!

We’ll take you through the basic techniques of Nordic Walking, including how to hold your poles and propel yourself forward, taking all the effort out of walking, even on the steepest inclines. Then we take off and enjoy some beautiful scenery, chattering on the hoof, as we walk approximately 4 miles. We choose our venues wisely so you have some flat terrain and beautiful surrounding countryside is awesome!

The calorie count for an average slice of cake and a glass of Prosecco is 255 – easy to work off with just half an hour of Nordic Walking, so don’t hold back!

Our Fizzical Fun Prosecco Parties aren’t just for casual Get-Togethers. They are perfect for birthdays, celebrations and hen parties, for brides who prefer a truly unique party style. Ditch the crowded night club and the expensive spa breaks, and instead give the gift of laughter, fresh air and delicious food. Ideal for those less girly friends who are impossible to plan for. You only need 4-10 people to book our Group package. Just get in touch to find out more.
